Shipping policy

Pendulum Therapeutics ships eligible products to customers within the United States and its associated territories.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Once an order has shipped, applicable tracking information will be provided to the customer.

2. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, carrier, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside Pendulum's reasonable control.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Pendulum is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

4. Lost Shipments

A shipment is considered lost if it is not delivered to the shipping address on file or returned to Pendulum within fourteen (14) days of the shipping date.

Orders reported as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost under Pendulum's policy.

If a shipment qualifies as lost, the customer may request either a refund or replacement.

5. Damaged Shipments

Damaged products must be reported within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Please provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging when contacting Customer Care.

Customers may request either a refund or replacement for eligible damaged products.

6. International Shipping

Pendulum's refund policy currently states that products purchased with shipping addresses outside the United States and associated territories are not eligible for refunds.

International orders are also excluded from the Money Back Guarantee.

Customers are responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, taxes, or other applicable international fees.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs and shipping fees are non-refundable.
