Due to the nature of Pendulum's Products, standard returns are not accepted once products leave Pendulum's facility.

Eligible purchases may qualify for a refund under Pendulum's Money Back Guarantee Policy.

Damaged or lost products may qualify for a refund or replacement in accordance with the applicable policy.

5. Memberships and Subscriptions

Membership orders may automatically renew according to the membership terms selected at checkout.

First-time customer membership cancellation requests may be honored if received before the products ship.

After an order has shipped, refund requests are handled according to Pendulum's Refund Policy and Money Back Guarantee.

Membership cancellation requests should be received by the Sunday before the next scheduled charge date.
